Research Of Transportation Industry Management And Application Based On Smart Mobile Terminal

Comprehensive transportation is the inevitable trend of the development of transportation industry at home and abroad.At the beginning of 2008,it's put forward to integrate the management system of transportation industry and establish the Ministry of Transport from the point of view of integrated transportation system in China.Since then,we have gradually promoted the reform of the management system and working mechanism of "big traffic" in local cities.However,in the early stage of the reform,there are still some management problems in the traditional transportation industry,such as the lag of collection and transmission of management information,the intersection of responsibilities,extensive implementation,lack of management supervision and so on.By consulting the transportation industry management,information technology and mobile business terminal applications at home and abroad related research results,it is concluded that mobile e-government has extensive promotion value in government management applications in cities at home and abroad.On the basis of the analysis of the contents and characteristics of the reform of the management system of the transportation industry in China,the present situation and existing problems of the application of the mobile business terminal in the management of the transportation industry is made a summary and further clarified the orientation of mobile service terminal and the application demand of transportation industry management under the reform of large department system from the object level,concept level and technical level.Taking the Shenzhen Transportation Committee as the concrete research object,with regards to investigation,comprehensively combing and analyzing the functions and operations of road transportation,transport facilities,port and water transportation,passenger and freight transport,dangerous transport,driving training and maintenance(excluding rail transit),combined with the three-stage research and analysis method of "objective investigation,demand confirmation",forming the five major business blocks for the application of traffic mobile business terminals,and six key flow links,"distributed acceptance,hierarchical disposal,supervision separation" real-time grid traffic mode and taking the supervision of production safety in passenger transport industry as an example,the application of mobile service terminal of this service is described in detail from three aspects,such as business requirements,system users and process reengineering.It's showed based on the practical results that the application of traffic industry management based on mobile commerce terminal is conductive to promote the integration of business data and the optimization and reengineering of business process and promote the establishment of a closed-loop long-term management mechanism for case discovery,disposal,supervision and assessment,which realizes the digitization and visualization of the management process,in addition,the passive and lagging problems of the industry management have been changed,and the efficiency of the industry management has been greatly improved.At the same time,it's possible to grasp the dynamic information of industry management quantitatively at the government decision-making level so as to help decision makers to formulate reasonable policies and regulations to further promote the benign development of industry management.
