| With the aging of the population,it has brought many problems to the development of our society,and the living problem of the elderly is one of the main reasons that affect the healthy life of the elderly.In the case of the construction of China's social pension institutions is not perfect,regardless of traditional cultural concepts or living habits,home care is always the most common pension model in China's pension model.However,the existing houses have not undergone an aging design,and generally exhibit a low degree of aging,which is not suitable for the elderly,especially the living environment of the elderly.For the safety and health of the elderly,it is extremely urgent to design a housing that is suitable for aging.This article takes Chengdu High-tech Zone as the research scope,takes the existing housing of the elderly as the research object,and combines the relevant theoretical disciplines such as gerontology,environmental psychology,ergonomics,general design,and barrier-free design,and comprehensively applies field research and KJ.Analysis,literature induction,case analysis and other research methods,a large number of research work on elderly residential buildings in Chengdu,to understand their living conditions(basic situation and living conditions)and the status quo of the home environment,including the room layout of the elderly housing and the use of each room And environmental quality.Based on the actual transformation needs of the elderly,through research and analysis,the common problems and special problems in the housing in Chengdu are summarized.Finally,based on the living conditions of the elderly in Chengdu,the aging needs of the housing and the status quo,from the perspective of the aging of the organism and the living space,the paper proposes an appropriate aging transformation process and strategy for the existing residential buildings in Chengdu.For the support,it proposes feasible suggestions for the aging renovation of residential buildings in Chengdu. |
