Research On The Design Of Suitable Aging Outside Living Environment

Population aging is a common social feature of all countries in the world in the21 st century.Due to the continuous rise of China’s national economic level and the continuous improvement of the social medical security system,the average life expectancy is getting longer and longer,which makes the current aging situation more and more serious.There are many practical problems to be solved.Among them,how to improve the living environment of the elderly,promote the development of the home care environment,and create a positive living environment for the elderly has become one of the problems that the whole society must face and solve.Therefore,the optimization of the environmental suitability outside the existing residential area becomes crucial.In recent years,the environmental quality of residential areas has been greatly improved,and the planning and design of many residential areas have started from the perspective of human needs and has achieved greater development.However,there are still many imperfections in the overall needs of the elderly for the external environment of the residential area.Therefore,this article is devoted to discussing how to create a safe and comfortable living environment for the elderly based on the psychological,physical and behavioral needs of the elderly.In the first chapter,the research background and purpose of the subject are described.At the same time,the research status at home and abroad is analyzed,and the research methods and contents are determined.Then,Shanghai,a city with a high degree of aging,is taken as the main research object.Through classification and comparison of existing residential areas in Shanghai,Xinchun Village,And established the basic research framework.The second chapter starts with the psychological,physiological and behavioral needs of the elderly,this paper describes the psychological and behavioral needs of the elderly,including the relevant concepts and theories of aging,and analyzes the aging characteristics of the elderly living environment.then,the third part conducts on-site investigations on the research objects,based on the characteristics of Shanghai,comprehensively analyzes the problems of discomfort in the living environment of Xinchun Village from the three levels of macro,meso and micro,and extracts the optimization elements of ageability according to the current problems..The fourth part is the research focus of this article.Aiming at the above-mentioned optimizing factors for adaptability to the elderly,from the perspective of the needs of the elderly,the key design points of outdoor environment are comprehensively analyzed to provide a safe and comfortable outdoor environment for the elderly.Relevant construction strategies are put forward,and in the fifth part,Xinchun Village is taken as the concrete practice object,and the design practice of the external environment adaptability optimization design is carried out.Based on the applied research on the design of suitable aging outside living environment in Xinchun Village,Shanghai.The main purpose is to explore the suitable environment for the elderly to live outside,so as to improve their happiness index of home-based care,so in order to make the living environment suitable for the existing residential areas.Aging update provides guidance templates.
