In Chengdu, the bus covers a wide area, convenient to ride, and the price is favorable. Therefore, the vast majority of young office workers go to work. The main public transportation is to take the bus.Due to the unreasonable setting of the internal part of the bus,a large number of buses are used. The commuters of the office workers encountered various discomforts during the commute, which seriously affected the feelings of the commuters. In order to change the uncomfortable feeling brought by the internal interface of the bus to the commuters,I conducted an in-depth study of the existing internal poles and seats of the Chengdu bus,and studied the bus internal interface of the more comfortable and complex office workers. The research includes research on the characteristics and system of office workers;establishing passengers to take the bus velocity model to deeply analyze passenger demand;researching internal interface design based on passenger demand;simulation analysis and optimization design research.First of all,the history of bus development and the status quo of bus development at home and abroad have been studied.According to the current situation, the problems encountered by the commuters in the process of commuting to and from work are proposed, and the relationship between the system model and the passengers is proposed.)-Interface(internal facilities, this article refers to poles and seats)-space(bus internal space)system relationship, according to passengers working hours, the passengers are divided into three parts for analysis.Secondly, through the observation method, the questionnaire method and the interview method, the anatomical analysis of the passengers taking the bus is carried out,the key actions in the ride process are summarized, and the passenger demand model is analyzed in combination with the passenger's physiological needs and psychological needs. The passengers take the bus velocity model and propose the relationship between the passenger's demand and the interface during the ride. Finally, for the design draft, there is a Jack simulation analysis of the design interface to test the rationality of the design by simulating the comfort between the passenger and the seat.Optimize the design again.Mainly composed of the following parts:The first chapter is the introduction, which is mainly a review of the background of the topic, the status quo of research at home and abroad, the topic and significance of the topic, the problem to be solved, the research ideas and methods, the innovation, and the technical route. The second chapter mainly studies the theoretical research involved in this paper, including the application of sensibility engineering, ergonomics and behavioral psychology in the internal interface. The third chapter mainly focuses on research and data collection. It uses interview questionnaires,semi-structured questionnaires and observation methods to analyze and explore user needs and guide the design direction.Chapter 4 is the main part of design research, based on previous theory and research practice, constructing a standing passenger dynamics model, constructing optimized bus seats from subjective and objective analysis from grasping force analysis,man-machine analysis and compression test.Functional interface and comfort design. The fifth chapter is mainly based on the presentation of the design scheme and the Jack simulation analysis of the scheme. The software simulation and certification design scheme has reached the best comfort. The final "Conclusions and Prospects" is a summary and expectation of the research results of this thesis. The inadequacies of the research results point out the guidance and prospects for further exploration in the future.
