Research On The Development Strategy Of Automobile Highway-Railway Combined Transportion In Nanchang

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s automobile industry and the continuous expansion of the market scale,China has ranked first in the world in automobile production and sales,but the development of automobile logistics lags behind that of foreign countries.Therefore,it is particularly important to integrate automobile logistics resources,build a healthy logistics ecosphere,improve the comprehensive transportation system,and upgrade logistics enterprises.At the same time,under the new situation of promoting the structural reform of supply side and the strict control of highways,the combined transportation of commercial vehicles,buses and railways can effectively bring into play the advantages of reducing transport costs,standardized means of transport and intensive transport,and can actively develop the automobile logistics industry,which is an important measure to gradually realize the promotion and reduction of costs and efficiency..Under this background,the paper analyzed the related problems of the public-rail intermodal transport in Nanchang through the literature SWOT analysis.The research findings of the paper are as follows:First,the regional commodity automobile transportation in Nanchang has developed rapidly,but there are still some problems to be improved.In 2017,more than 70% of the traffic volume of commercial vehicles in China was completed by road transportation alone.However,in the mode of commercial vehicle transportation in China,there are many hidden dangers,excessive emissions and high freight rates;the flexibility of Railways is poor,the level of equipment is low,and the working site is limited;the port and wharf of waterways are remote,and the transportation price is high.Many factors such as outdated equipment and weather influence restrict the development of automobile logistics industry.With the rapid development of regional commodity vehicles in Nanchang,the existing intermodal transport mode relies on the backbone network of railway transportation to deploy loading and unloading service,warehousing,transshipment and distribution service in railway logistics base,which makes commodity vehicle logistics an important practice of modern logistics service.However,the transportation equipment quantity is small,the technical parameters are low and the intellectualization is not enough.It can not fully meet the needs of how fast,how fast and how economical the transportation of commodity vehicles is.Moreover,the use of the logistics base of the transfer depot and the loading and unloading operation site for the delivery of commodity vehicles becomes more limited and tense.Secondly,the intermodal transport of commodity automobiles,buses and railways in Nanchang is facing certain policy advantages,and the rapid development of economy and logistics industry in Nanchang and social support for green logistics are facing a good overall situation.In addition,the perfect logistics hub base construction,good technological innovation and perfect transportation network also bring certain basic advantages for the regional commercial automobile,bus and rail intermodal transport in Nanchang.However,the lack of advanced technical personnel and the upgrade of transportation equipment and loading and unloading sites make the regional commercial automobile-rail intermodal transport in Nanchang face certain disadvantages,and the competition of highway transportation and the threat of foreign technology and equipment also bring certain challenges.Thirdly,through the analysis of SWOT matrix,the article puts forward that the development strategy of regional commercial automobile-rail intermodal transport in Nanchang is suitable for SO growth strategy.Under the circumstances of strong support from national policy and better internal and external environment,regional commercial automobilerail intermodal transport should seize the opportunity to achieve scale growth.To realize the specific strategy,on the one hand,we need to complete the route design of one trunk and many branches,at the same time,we need to increase technological innovation to form a perfect automobile ecological logistics park.Finally,we need to strengthen personnel training,strengthen policy support,and promote the implementation of regional commodity automobile,bus and rail intermodal transport strategy.
