As one of the effective infrared countermeasures,infrared decoys have high tactical value and wide applications in the modern warfare.The development of infrared spectrum identification anti-interference technology and deep learning has given a new strategy for the recognition of targets from decoys.By generating highly realistic decoys' multi-band radiometric images and images with feature marks through simulation,a large amount of data can be provided for the spectrum identification technology and the neural network of deep learning.After analyzing the image simulation and calculation of radiation characteristics of decoys,this paper concluded the shortcomings of the existing researches.By studying the decoys' radiation intensity and the spectral radiation conversion efficiency theory,this paper gave the quick generating method of spectral images of decoys.At the same time,the sense of reality enhancement methods of decoys' images was discussed.Finally,this paper established a scene platform of aircrafts and decoys,which can provide a sequence of images with characteristic markers of aircrafts and decoys by controlling the simulation parameters.And this paper mainly contains the following four aspects:Firstly,this paper introduced the interference characteristic of decoys,and studied the traditional infrared radiation calculation model of decoys,thus obtaining dynamic radiation intensity curves of different parameters,which can provide theory data for decoys' simulation.Secondly,this paper modified the multi-band radiation model calculation according to the comparison of the theoretical spectral curve of the traditional model with the measured spectral curve.Then the spectral curves of decoys at the same composition but different combustion temperatures were compared and analyzed,and the calculation method of the multi-band radiation intensity of decoys at different times was derived,by which we can get intrinsic radiometric images quickly in any band,based on measured spectral curves and radiation intensity and radiometric images in current band.Apparent radiometric images was obtained from intrinsic radiometric images based on the theory of atmospheric radiation transfer and the results of MODTRANThirdly,this paper discussed the change of size,the radiance distribution of radiometric images and the change of tail smoke of decoys under working condition from realistic images and measured data,and the method of enhancing the realism of the decoys' radiometric images is proposed.Compared with the typical sphere model of decoys,this method presented a higher sense of reality in the shape and radiation distribution of decoys.Finally,based on the model of the decoys and the aircraft targets,a simulation platform of scene simulation of aerial targets and decoys was established,which can generate a large number of radiometric images of aerial targets and decoys with feature markers,thus providing training samples for studies on discrimination of targets from decoys.
