A Research Of The H Company About Infusion Production Line Optimization

Assembly line is an important part of product production in the production line of manufacturing industry.The balance of assembly line has a direct impact on the operation efficiency and productivity of the whole production line.Therefore,the balance problem of assembly line balance is very important for all manufacturing enterprises.Solving the balance problem of assembly line is an important means to improve the efficiency of assembly line.In this paper,the assembly line balance theory and 0-1 planning modeling theory are mainly used,and combined with the actual situation of the production site of H company's infusion device,to propose practical solutions to the problems existing in H company's infusion device production line and improve the balance rate of the production line.This paper first describes the research status of production line balance problem and the basic theory needed to solve the production line balance problem,as well as the evaluation index of production line and the method of 0-1 programming modeling for production line balance problem.Secondly,through the analysis of H company infusion device production line process flow and process procedures,through observation and measured data,with a scientific and reasonable method to determine the standard time of each process.Finally,the method of using basic IE first to local optimization of infusion production line process,and then on the basis of building the first class I and class II line balancing problem of 0-1 programming model,programming by using Lingo software to calculate production line operation optimization solution,combining optimization results and the actual production and give improvement scheme,make the production line balancing rate significantly increased.
