China's social and economic growth continues to be stable,in order to meet the demand for power energy,power engineering construction efforts to further expand.The feasibility design of power transmission and transformation project is a necessary link of power engineering construction.Scientific and reasonable design scheme can effectively reduce the project investment and improve the economic benefits.At the same time,after the project is put into operation,the power grid structure can be optimized to improve the power quality and ensure the stable operation of the system.The feasibility design of power transmission and transformation engineering includes the primary part,secondary part,substation part and line part of the power system,as well as the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection,involving many professional fields.In this paper,the feasibility design of qiao gang 220kV power transmission and transformation engineering part of the professional,through scientific analysis of the design scheme for comparison,take into account all aspects of factors to choose the optimal scheme.In this paper,the first part of the power system planning and design.Through the analysis of the general situation of power network and the scientific load forecast,the necessity conclusion of engineering construction is drawn.Two primary system access schemes are compared and analyzed,and the first scheme is determined to be the best access scheme.The rationality of the scheme is verified by relevant electrical calculation,and the selection of equipment type,reactive power compensation capacity,wire section,main wiring mode and so on are determined.Then the second part of the power system planning and design,including the system relay protection part,dispatching automation part and communication part.Through the analysis of the status and requirements of the secondary part,the relevant configuration scheme is put forward.For example,in the part of system communication system design,according to the investigation and analysis of the current communication situation and the analysis of service demand,the 24-core OPGW optical cable channel of weishan transformer--qiaogang transformer-xizhong transformer is proposed on the basis of the primary access scheme.The total length of newly built optical cable line is 2 11.7km.Finally,the selection of transmission project site design,including substation site and transmission line path planning.Two schemes of substation site evaluation are put forward by using approximate ideal point method.The triangular fuzzy decision method is used to evaluate the unique transmission line path scheme.The two methods provide good decision support for substation site selection and transmission line route planning.
