Traffic motorization and urbanization in China have been improved significantly,traffic travel has changed from low carbon to high carbon,traffic carbon emission has become one of the main sources of carbon emissions in traffic field.And the optimization of urban traffic structure is not only an effective mechanism to alleviate various traffic problems,but also an important channel for the city to achieve the goal of low-carbon traffic development.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to research on urban traffic structure optimization based on low carbon emission in order to achieve the urban low-carbon traffic development.In this thesis,the theoretical basis of the urban low carbon traffic system is expounded,and analysis of the relationship between carbon emissions and traffic structure in urban traffic.Based on the calculation method and prediction method of urban traffic carbon emission,analyzes the characteristics of various traffic modes in urban traffic system.The objective functions of the single objective model are to maximize the total efficiency of urban traffic,minimize carbon emissions of urban traffic and minimize external costs of urban traffic respectively.The multi-objective model is aimed at considering overall traffic efficiency,carbon emissions and external cost.All of them are constrained by residents' travel demand,land use,energy consumption,accessibility of residents,air pollution and the scale of traffic travel mode.Using MATLAB 7.0 and invoke linprog function to solve single objective and multi objective model.Taking Changsha city as a "two-type society" city and the third batch of national low-carbon pilot cities as an example,based on the carbon emission calculation formula of the IPCC "bottom-up" method and the total-structure method,the carbon emission of various traffic modes in Changsha from 2012 to 2016 was measured,and the carbon emission of traffic in Changsha from 2017 to 2020 was predicted based on the improved gray prediction method.On the basis of carbon emission calculation data and existing reference data,the paper analyzes the model of traffic structure optimization under low carbon target in Changsha and to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of single objective model and multi-objective model.The conclusion can provide a theoretical reference for the development of urban low carbon traffic,and provide practical guidance for urban traffic structure optimization.
