Transportation structure refers to the proportion of passengers-transportation each vehicle has taken on in the city,and is the decisive factor to ensure comprehensive efficiency of urban traffic and reduce carbon emissions;In addition,optimizing the structure of transportation is an effective mechanism to alleviate the traffic problem,and has direct effects on the efficiency of urban traffic,the pros and cons of urban environment quality,effective resource utilization,etc.,as well as an important way to build a low-carbon transport model of development in the cities of our country.On the basis of meeting the demand of urban residents' daily traffic,reasonable traffic structure can optimize the interface between the various modes of the transportation,and the most important is that it can make the entire urban traffic system in low emission levels and is the best way to establish an urban traffic structure of public transport-oriented.However,the unreasonable transportation structure,such as the rapid growth of private car modal share,a general decline in proportion of public transport,leads to a lot of traffic problems such as urban road congestion,environmental pollution,traffic safety and other issues that is the main restriction factor for the sustainable development of urban economy and environment.Therefore,under the rules of economic development and environmental protection,how to optimize the passenger traffic structure to achieve urban traffic sustainable development is an important issue of new era with the very high academic value.In this paper,in accordance with the research ideas of "Current Situation-Influence Factors-Model Building-Analysis of the conclusions and recommendations" and in view of the increasingly serious urban traffic congestion situation in China,and at the Angle of the urban residents travel way,and First,this paper calculates the CO2 emissions from the main transport modes of Chongqing,and decomposes LMDI the total carbon emissions to confirm that the traffic structure is the key factor influencing the growth of carbon emissions;Then using the way of multi-objective optimization and scenario analysis method,this paper quantifies carbon emissions after the traffic structure optimization,and points out the optimal urban traffic structure in the planning year.The paper tries to micro-level in-depth study on the reduction potential of carbon dioxide emissions for the traffic travel structure in the aspects of theoretical and empirical levels.Specifically,based on constraint conditions about traffic demand,traffic infrastructure resources,energy consumption,the endurance of environment factors and other factors,the paper will optimize the structure of traffic travel from different angles with urban residents' personal utility and comprehensive efficiency of urban traffic,urban traffic carbon as the different optimization objectives.Throughout establishing more targets mixed linear programming optimization model,the paper will optimize the structure of urban traffic,and analyze the proportion of traffic carbon emissions before and after modal optimization,and assume different scenarios to quantify the specific carbon dioxide emissions under different modal share.The conclusions show that the optimization of the traffic structure can provide a strong reference for exploring low-carbon transport modes in the future city and ways to reduce emissions.
