Research On Project Selection Of Automobile Enterprise In The Pre-research Stage And Lean Formula Management

With the rapid development of China's economy,more and more cars have entered the homes of ordinary people.In the face of the huge demand of the automobile industry,major automobile manufacturers have flocked to the market,which has intensified the market competition in this industry.Many automobile manufacturers implement price war,which makes the industry change from high profit industry to low profit industry.For automobile manufacturing enterprises,how to reduce production cost and improve production efficiency through scientific management means in the production and manufacturing process has become a hot issue concerned by various automobile manufacturing enterprises.The pre-research project is the important premise and guarantee of project development,and is the key factor of project development success or failure.On the basis of the fierce market competition in the automobile industry,the management of project pre-research can fully combine the market competition situation and its own technical resources to carry out product technology research and development and innovation,and as the technical reserve of products,will be able to improve the market competitiveness of automobile production.On the other hand,in order to adapt to the market competition,China's manufacturing industry has generally established a refined cost management mode.With the help of the refined management system,it can improve the comprehensiveness of cost management to a certain extent,constantly improve the management and control mode,and further improve the cost management level of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,this paper aims at the selection of project schemes in the pre-research stage of A small automobile enterprise,and adopts entropy weight method to evaluate various schemes in the pre-research stage in combination with actual production projects.Meanwhile,on the basis of the evaluation and decision of the scheme,combined with the pre-research work of vehicle project of small automobile enterprises and the deficiencies of project management,this paper puts forward the strategy of project implementation of fine management of small automobile enterprises from the perspective of fine management.It can not only improve the management level of the pre-research stage,but also provide supervision and guidance for development of the project,improve the production efficiency and management level of the project development stage,and reduce the production cost.The paper consists of five parts:the first part introduces the research background and significance,research status,research methods and so on.The second part of this paper related to the project management,fine management,pre-research stage management,decision-making methods and other basic theories.The third part introduces the current situation of a small automobile enterprise and the project and scheme in the pre research stage.In the fourth part,entropy weight method is used to analyze and evaluate the project scheme in the case,and find out the deficiencies and problems in the scheme in the pre research stage.In the fifth part,according to the results of the analysis,combined with the idea of refined management,the refined management strategies applicable to this case are given.
