Reinforcement engineering has the characteristics of high technical requirements,professionalism and systematic complexity,and is an important part of the main construction of the structure.Reinforcing steel for construction in China has long relied on manpower for steel bar cutting and on-site processing.This work mode has problems such as waste of steel bar cutting,low quality of sample turning,and opaque information management.During the construction process,the management and construction of various parties The level has very high requirements.This paper analyzes the current status of steel bar engineering,and proposes a refined management idea of steel bar engineering based on BIM technology during the construction phase,which provides a reference for the transformation of traditional steel bar engineering.This article aims at the problems existing in the process of modeling,material breaking,information transmission,processing and transportation of traditional steel bar engineering,and proposes a three-in-one solution of BIM technology,third-party information management platform and factory processing to realize the informationization of steel bar engineering And refined management,to reduce costs and improve efficiency,and win more benefits for construction enterprises.In the reinforcement engineering construction stage,Tekla was finally selected as the BIM software through multiple comparisons,and the Tekla API plug-in was developed using computer programming technology to achieve rapid modeling of the reinforcement engineering;for the problem of not easy to break materials in Tekla software,develop a small size The fast Excel table processing program processes the steel bar data to achieve fast and accurate material cutout;on the issue of information management,in order to avoid the generation of information islands,a third-party information management platform is introduced to integrate engineering data information,making data transmission more efficient It also provides convenience for all participants;the introduction of large-scale CNC equipment to achieve intensive processing,the quality of semi-finished steel products is guaranteed,and the per capita production capacity has been greatly improved;the use of barcode scanning,intelligent sorting and semi-finished product status information tracking technology to complete the steel bar stacking and transportation.In organizational management,build a flat organizational structure,reduce management,implement target management that combines responsibility,rights and interests,formulate a refined management system,and at the same time strengthen the management consciousness of all employees and implement the concept of refined management.Finally,an entropy weight-matter-element extension model is proposed to evaluate the effect of refined management in the construction phase of reinforcement engineering based on BIM technology.The results show that the project management effect achieved by applying BIM technology to the refined management of reinforcement engineering is good.Practice has proved that the effect of combining BIM technology and refined management in the management of reinforced steel project is good.Compared with traditional rebar engineering,it has been greatly optimized in terms of improving modeling efficiency,improving rebar semi-finished product processing efficiency,reducing rebar processing loss rate,and reducing the demand for a large number of workers.The development dilemma such as pressure and the gradual reduction of the benefit space.
