Research On Comprehensive Risk Management Of Automobile Manufacturing Enterpriseson

How to accurately and effectively identify,evaluate and prevent the risks faced by automobile manufacturing enterprises is one of the hot issues that the industry pays close attention to and urgently need to solve.Therefore,from the perspective of comprehensive risk management,the analysis and study of the risks faced by automobile manufacturing enterprises is of great significance for automobile manufacturing enterprises to cope with risks and achieve sustainable and steady development of enterprises.Comprehensive application of risk management theory,analytic hierarchy process theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory were applied to study and analyze the comprehensive risk management of automobile manufacturing enterprises.(1)The overall risk of automobile manufacturing enterprises was defined,namely,the overall risk of automobile manufacturing enterprises refers to all the possibilities that lead to the failure of the predetermined business objectives and strategic plans of automobile manufacturing enterprises in all aspects of the management of automobile manufacturing enterprises and in the course of the business activities of automobile manufacturing enterprises.(2)The internal and external environmental risks of automobile manufacturing enterprises were analyzed,and a comprehensive risk evaluation index system of automobile manufacturing enterprises was constructed,which consists of seven first-level indicators of macro-environment,industry market,finance,operation,technology,safety production and strategic management,and 34 second-level indicators.(3)Based on analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of overall risk for automobile manufacturing enterprises was established,and the corresponding levels of each risk are divided.(4)Taking W automobile manufacturing enterprise as an example,this thesis identifies and evaluates the overall risk faced by the enterprise,obtains the overall risk level of the enterprise,and gives the corresponding risk countermeasures.
