With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of the economic level,the power industry is also constantly put forward new requirements.In the aspect of power construction,China has made a new breakthrough in UHV construction,forming the backbone grid of the national grid.With the increasing number of UHV projects in recent years,the research on the risk management of UHV projects is gradually in-depth.However,due to the difference of the environment required by the project,the single and specific management and control mode in the past also hindered the reform and development of risk management.With the continuous development of UHV project,how to carry out specific analysis according to the specific situation of the project,find a reasonable direction of risk management,and carry out the research on the unique risk management of UHV project,so as to guide the project to carry out safely,stably and reasonably has become the main problem we need to study.Based on the theory of project risk management this paper uses the semi quantitative LEC risk assessment method to carry out risk assessment and then puts forward a series of control tests and response strategies to reduce the construction risk of UHV project site.This paper consists of five parts,the first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the background,significance and research status at home and abroad;the second part is the basic theory of project risk management,which focuses on the relevant theory of project risk management and the principles and processes of project risk management;the third part is the construction and safety management of Lugu UHV project Based on the analysis of management objectives,this paper identifies and analyzes the risks on the construction site of Lugu UHV project from the aspects of risk sources,places where the risks occur,precursors of the risks,and the degree of risk hazards;the fourth part mainly applies the evaluation principle and calculation method of semi quantitative LEC Method,develops the list of inherent risks on the site according to the expert scoring method,and concludes In the fifth part,based on the risk identification and evaluation,the corresponding on-site risk prevention and control measures are put forward.
