The rapid development of urbanization and motorization has led to a sharp increase in traffic demand between the city and the outside world.This also puts higher requirements on the convereence of urban road network and external traffic network(such as highway network).This paper combines the basis of previous road network evaluation indicators.From the aspects of transportation facilities,traffic safety and convenience,service performance of the connection network,and quality of connection point operation,this paper proposes six indicators to build indicators system:the road network level matching degree,considering the safety of the road network;the quickness of the mutual arrival of the urban road network and the expressway network;the matching degree of the service of the urban road network and the expressway network;the area ratio of the highway entrance and exit service;Highway area of entrance and exit service area overlap rate and highway entrance and exit toll station usage.Furthermore,the structural entropy weight method-cloud model method is used for comprehensive evaluation.The comprehensive evaluation method combines subjective weighting with objective weighting,and considers the ambiguity and randomness characteristics of the rating index,and achieves the qualitative and quantitative effective conversion through the uncertain model.The paper is based on the urban road network of Changsha City and the surrounding expressway network,based on the comprehensive investigation of the road network traffic parameters,the value of each evaluation index is determined,and the structural entropy weight method-cloud model is used to comprehensively evaluate the the level of integration of urban road network and expressway network in Changsha.Based on the comprehensive evaluation results,the optimization suggestions for the improvement of the two networks are proposed.
