| In the competition among enterprises all over the world,talent is the primary productive force.To improve the ability of introducing and using outstanding talents through performance system is the internal requirement and strategic power to enhance the competitive advantage of the company.Along with the electric power system reform in our country increase fast,around the power generation market is increasingly intensified competition among various power plant,how to overcome the internal due to the old system,backward thinking,from the practical problems such as performance appraisal content and is relatively lack,the effect is not obvious,cannot achieve the company to follow the requests of the development of the situation,To improve the level of human resource management and enhance the core competitiveness of power plants by adjusting the role of performance appraisal on human motivation is the core issue that all power generation companies in China attach great importance to.Based on this,it is urgent and necessary to study the performance appraisal of power plants.In this paper,the HK power plant performance evaluation are studied,using the performance appraisal theory knowledge,in combination with the practical situation of enterprises,analyze the present situation of huaneng HK power plant performance appraisal seriously to find the problems,mainly around the performance appraisal system,performance evaluation and enterprise culture and the relationship between performance review a detailed discussion,and put forward the coping strategies.Through the study,this paper believes that there are many problems in the current staff performance appraisal of Huaneng HK Power Plant,including the separation from the company’s strategic objectives,the lack of feedback links,the unreasonable setting of indicators,and the single application of results.Based on this,this paper optimized the performance appraisal scheme of Huaneng HK Power Plant,constructed the performance indicators of the power plant,comprehensively designed the all-dimensional employee performance appraisal system,proposed the control of the various dimensions of the performance indicators and the dynamic operation mechanism,and finally put forward the implementation countermeasures and suggestions of the performance appraisal optimization design scheme.The research of this paper is expected to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for the performance appraisal of Huaneng HK Power Plant and even similar enterprises. |
