Research On Organizational Structure Change Of X Company In Platform Transformation

Railway equipment manufacturing industry has been in a state of rapid development for nearly 10 years,but after entering a new era,it has to face the impact of the prosperity of the Internet and information technology.Just like traditional manufacturing industry,it has to face such problems as platform transformation,industrial optimization and upgrading,and organizational reform.Therefore,it is necessary to make a detailed investigation of the deficiencies in the organizational structure of the enterprise and design a reform plan accordingly.Based on the research on organizational change theory and other relevant literatures,this paper takes the organizational change in the process of platform transformation of X enterprise as the research object,and summarizes the development opportunities and external threats in the process of enterprise transformation.By combining my work experience in the enterprise,I adopted the form of field interview and anonymous questionnaire survey,and the questionnaire survey adopted the mode of "pre-questionnaire" and "formal questionnaire".The questionnaire results were analyzed and processed by SPSS software,and finally the deficiencies and problems existing in the existing organizational structure of X enterprise were concluded.The SWOT analyzing method was used to establish the organizational change strategy of WO and ST of X enterprise.Focus on the problems existing in the process of enterprise platform transformation,and design the plan.For Optimizing organizational structure and improving the performance appraisal and incentive system and project management system,we set up the leading group for organizational change to promote the construction of organizational culture.Finally,through the enterprise profitability and organizational management two aspects of the evaluation of the effect of organizational change,and draw a conclusion.
