In recent years,China has begun to vigorously promote the development of green buildings due to the continuous stringent environmental protection policies.Compared with developed countries,the development mode of infrastructure construction in our country is still extensive.In the process of construction,energy consumption,construction dust,noise pollution and other issues are more prominent,and the quality and efficiency of development are not high.The construction process of the assembly building is simpler than that of the cast-in-place structure.Therefore,the assembly building mode meets the requirements of green building for energy saving and environmental protection.Compared with the traditional construction mode,the assembly building can reduce environmental pollution and waste of resources,but its high cost is also restricting the continuous development of the assembly building.One of the main reasons for the exhibition.For the real estate development enterprises,in addition to the government's mandatory requirement to build a certain ratio of prefabricated buildings,the enterprises themselves will not adopt the prefabricated construction method.In the increasingly severe market situation,it is very important for the major enterprises to break the high cost of prefabricated buildings.With the rapid development of economic globalization,the development mode of enterprise alliance forming supply chain has gradually replaced the traditional single enterprise development mode.Therefore,on the basis of enterprise supply chain,optimizing enterprise cost through supply chain management has become a common problem faced by all enterprises at present.The concept of supply chain originated from manufacturing industry,which was introduced into the construction industry by using the model of supply chain network of manufacturing industry for reference.Therefore,on the basis of the existing research,this paper establishes the research on procurement cost optimization of assembly construction project based on supply chain theory.The procurement cost of assembly construction project supply chain is divided into two levels for optimization.It will affect the main part of the procurement cost of the prefabricated building supply chain-the prefabricated component side,using TOPSIS method to determine the optimal prefabricated component supplier;on this basis,the procurement cost model of the prefabricated building supply chain is optimized.The innovation of this paper is mainly to discuss the characteristics of supply chain management and prefabricated building on the basis of literature research,discuss the coincidence of the two parts,apply the theory of supply chain management to the prefabricated building project,and study the cost optimization of the procurement stage of the assembly building project,which is the key link of the assembly building supply chain.It provides new ideas for managers to optimize the supply chain of prefabricated buildings;secondly,it determines the cost of procurement stage as the main aspect of the cost of the supply chain of prefabricated buildings,so it establishes the procurement cost optimization model of the supply chain of prefabricated buildings,and studies the procurement cost of the supply chain of prefabricated buildings.The specific research content of this paper is divided into the following parts:Firstly,through literature search and data collection,we can understand the current development status of the construction industry,consult and summarize the domestic and foreign research on the development of assembly building,construction supply chain theory and construction cost optimization,and then optimize the purchase cost of assembly building projects under the supply chain theory.Secondly,the concept of assembly building is elaborated by literature search and the meaning of PC component is further discussed,then the characteristics of assembly building are summarized.Secondly,it discusses the connotation of supply chain and supply chain management,and further explains the concept of construction supply chain and the characteristics of construction supply chain.It lays a theoretical foundation for this study.Thirdly,through the prefabricated component manufacturer's choice,the procurement cost of the assembly building supply chain is optimized at the first level.The evaluation index of prefabricated component manufacturer selection is constructed by literature retrieval method,and the weight of index is determined by qualitative and quantitative methods.The quantitative index is obtained by querying relevant data of enterprises,the qualitative index is obtained by expert interview method,and finally the optimal prefabricated component manufacturer is determined by TOPSIS method.Fourthly,on the basis of prefabricated component manufacturer selection,the procurement cost is optimized at the second level by optimizing the total procurement cost model of the assembled construction supply chain.The cost model of raw material supplier,prefabricated component manufacturer and transporter in assembly building supply chain is established.The cost model is optimized by using MATLAB software.Fifthly,case studies are used for analysis.Taking the actual project as the research objective,the optimal manufacturer of prefabricated components is determined.On this basis,the procurement cost of A company's assembly construction project based on supply chain theory is analyzed and calculated,and the optimal solution is determined.
