In the past decade,with the rapid development of the national economy,China's public transport industry is getting rapid development,at the same time,the station buildings are widely into people's vision.Station buildings are different from traditional buildings in terms of huge volume and unique appearance.To some extent,these characteristics are attributed to the interpretation of curtain wall to architectural design language.Therefore,curtain wall engineering occupies a very important position in the design and construction process of station buildings.At present,the technical research on the curtain wall of station buildings in China is still in the primary stage.No matter in the research on the supporting system or the optimal design of the node structure,the industry is still groping ahead in China.At the same time,the application of BIM Technology in the curtain wall industry in China started late,the technology is not mature,and the application scope and depth are not enough.The research of related technology in station buildings has not formed a relatively perfect theoretical system in China.In this paper,the curtain wall engineering of xiong'an high-speed railway station,Xiamen Xiang'an airport and Linyi North Station of Lunan high-speed railway station is taken as the research object.The key technologies of the curtain wall engineering of the station are systematically studied from four aspects of supporting system,typical structure,metal roof system and BIM Technology application,so as to form a theoretical basis with reference significance for guiding the design and construction of similar projects.Firstly,the supporting system of the curtain wall of the station building is studied.Taking the curtain wall project of Xiong'an high-speed railway station as the background,this paper studies the bearing capacity of cable support system and its influencing factors.Through SAP2000 structural analysis software simulation,the influence of structural parameters and transverse cables on the bearing capacity of single cable support system is analyzed.It is found that increasing the cable diameter can improve the bearing stiffness of the support system,but it will weaken the strength of the support system.Within the strength limit value,increasing the cable pretension will improve the bearing stiffness of the support system,but the application of pretension is not the greater the better.At the same time,it is pointed out that the thickness of the panel and the transverse cable have little influence on the bearing capacity.The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to calculate the strength and rigidity of the dangerous plate of cable supported glass curtain wall in the limit state,which verifies the rationality of the cable supported system design in this paper.Secondly,the project optimizes the design of typical curtain wall structure and metal roof system.Taking the curtain wall project of Xiong'an high-speed railway station as an example,the section shape and connection of the column of the frame supported curtain wall are optimized.The bearing capacity of the traditional rectangular steel column and the H-shaped steel column are compared and analyzed.Through the consumables calculation of the two schemes,it is found that the H-shaped steel column scheme is better,and five new connection modes of column are designed according to the scheme to adapt to the characteristics of large deflection deformation of the curtain wall of station buildings.ANSYS Workbench is used to optimize the design of the top support of cable curtain wall.The optimized structure significantly reduces the bearing burden of the support system and reduces the engineering cost.The multi-objective optimization theory is used to optimize the design of the claw clamp of point supported glass curtain wall,which improves the performance of the clamp after the structure optimization.Taking the roof system of Xiang'an airport in Xiamen as an example,a new type of metal roof system with stronger wind resistance and wider application is developed based on the traditional vertical lock edge metal roof system.Finally,the application of BIM technology in the curtain wall of station buildings is studied.According to the Linyi North Station Project of Lunan high speed railway,this paper explores the application of BIM technology in the curtain wall project of the main station building from two aspects of design and construction.The research shows that BIM technology can greatly improve the work efficiency of curtain wall project in all stages,significantly save project resources and reduce project cost.
