Railway transportation bears the main task of long-distance transportation,and it has been the most popular among the five modes of transportation due to its stability,universality and low price.Taking-out and placing-in wagons operations is a very important job in the railway hub,which directly affects the work efficiency of the entire hub.Therefore,scientifically optimizing dispatching of taking-out and placing-in wagons operations and formulating reasonable travel routes of locomotive are of economic and practical significance for promoting freight operation wagon turnover and improving the carrying capacity and service level of railway hubs.Based on this,the research content of this article is as follows:Firstly,the relevant literature is read to understand the classification and flow of taking-out and placing-in wagons operation.Taking the local wagons decoupled in the hub as the research object,the whole process of taking-out and placing-in wagons operation is deeply analyzed from the aspects of marshalling station subsystem and dedicated line network subsystem.Secondly,to study the operation problem of taking-out and placing-in wagons on branched-shaped private line,two scenarios with span-shift-moving and without span-shift-moving operation are discussed.Under the scenario of without span-shift-moving operation,four shunting strategies for single operation are proposed.Under the scenario of with span-shift-moving operation,two shunting strategies for span-shift-moving operation are proposed,and generating eight mixed shunting strategies.Thirdly,in the operation problem of taking-out and placing-in wagons on radical-shaped private line,two scenarios with span-shift-moving and without span-shift-moving operation are also respectively discussed.Under the scenario of without span-shift-moving operation,six shunting strategies for single operation are proposed.Under the scenario of with span-shift-moving operation,three shunting strategies for span-shift-moving operation are proposed,and generating eighteen mixed shunting strategies.Then,two simulation models of taking-out and placing-in wagons on branched-shaped private line and radical-shaped private line are respectively constructed by Arena simulation platform.Under the two scenarios of with span-shift-moving operation and without span-shift-moving operation,the simulation hierarchical structure of each shunting strategy is outlined.Above constructed models are run to dynamically generate the selection sequence of freight operation sites,continuously monitor the performance of each shunting strategy,and intuitively provide the assistance that decision makers need to formulation development strategies.Finally,an example is used to study the performance of shunting strategy for taking-out and placing-in wagons in different operation scenarios,providing the simulation model is effective for evaluating the performance of different shunting strategies and improving the performance of the taking-out and placing-in wagons system.The effective organization plan for operators is achieved.
