Building Information Modeling(BIM),as a transformative technology in the construction industry,has become a hotspot of engineering technology research at home and abroad.The application of BIM technology in the construction field still has problems that need to be solved.Among them,the Revit 3D model cross-section cannot solve the problem of displaying room name and number(ID),bridge pipelines and other information,which reduces the work efficiency of engineering designers and plan reviewers.Thus affecting the application of BIM technology in the construction industry.Therefore,this article carried out Revit and CAD electrical design middleware system based on BIM technology,the main research content:(1)BIM model building component identification and positioning.Access and filter the BIM model family components,divide the size,detect the closed rooms and connected components of the BIM model(doors,windows,walls and other components),extract component coordinate data and electrical equipment family parameters,and study the reading of BIM model building component information,Save,extract,store and other methods.(2)Create a BIM model database.Upload the extracted BIM model building component data information to the SQL Server database,compile the code program on the Visual Studio 2013 platform,establish the Revit system information table,and store the BIM model component data information.(3)The automatic labeling method of the room information in the Revit 3D model is proposed.The automatic labeling algorithm of the 3D model is analyzed,and the coordinate matching method is used to realize the automatic labeling of the model room name and ID based on the planar building components and closed room data information.Coordinate positioning,coordinate elevation information.And on this basis,single-room and multi-room labels are realized.(4)Optimize the tagging algorithm of the hoisting wire,based on obtaining the parameters of the electrical equipment family,to automatically mark the name,size,and electrical device parameters of the bridge in the three-dimensional view of the electrical equipment.Taking the typical case small villa project and the electrical design of a comprehensive building as examples,the effectiveness and feasibility of the middleware system functions were tested and analyzed.Solved the problem of information acquisition and storage between systems in different stages of the BIM model of the construction project,as well as the automatic labeling of the Revit 3D model room and electrical equipment.The developed middleware system has high practical value and application prospects.
