Research On The Evaluation Of The Development Level Of Finished House Based On The Combined Weight-Cloud Model

In recent years,in order to implement the national strategy of building a resource-saving society and green environmental protection development,the finished house which can avoid the waste of resources caused by the secondary decoration has been developed rapidly.Under this background,through research and reference to relevant domestic and foreign achievements,through theoretical and empirical research,a set of systematic,comprehensive,practical and operable evaluation system for the development level of finished house has been established,by which the development level of finished house in different regions can be evaluated,compared,analyzed and judged,so as to find out the positive factors and obstacles,give full play to the advantages,make up the shortcomings,guide the government's decision-making,guide the enterprise's behavior,and accelerate the healthy development of finished house with high quality.First,on the basis of investigation and literature analysis,combined with relevant theories,and using expert survey methods,after the primary selection and optimization of the index system,a finished house development evaluation index system with six first-level indicators(industry management maturity,R & D and design level,production and construction level,residential product level,industrial chain maturity,market maturity)and 29 second-level indicators was constructed;Secondly,combined with the characteristics of the finished house and the established evaluation index system of the development level of the finished house,through comparative analysis of the commonly used evaluation mathematical model and evaluation weight calculation method,The cloud model method is selected as the evaluation mathematical model,and the combination weight method of AHP and expert entropy weight method is used to establish the evaluation model of finished house development level based on the combination weight cloud model;Finally,taking Zhengzhou as an example,based on the basic situation of all parties involved in the current finished house in Zhengzhou,this paper uses the evaluation model to evaluate the development level of the finished house inZhengzhou,verifies the applicability of the index system and the evaluation model,reveals the short board through the analysis of the evaluation results,and gives suggestions for the development of the finished house in Zhengzhou.
