The construction industry is a pillar industry in the development of China's national economy.In 2017,GDP accounted for more than a quarter of GDP,but the extensive growth problem in the construction industry is inconsistent with the requirements of energy conservation,environmental protection and high efficiency in the new era.Therefore,the industrialization of construction has become an economic China's economic development has entered a new normal,the inevitable requirements for the development of the construction industry at the national,industry and corporate level.At present,the basic research and engineering practice of our country's industrialized buildings is insufficient.The existing basic data and evaluation systems are difficult to quantitatively evaluate and dynamically monitor the development level of the building industrialization.Therefore,it is urgent for us to establish an evaluation system that is compatible with the industrialized production mode of buildings.The government provides policy guidelines for reference.This paper focuses on the core content of the evaluation of the development level of building industrialization and solves the problems of lack of data,evaluation and dynamic monitoring in China's evaluation of building industrialization.Under the guidance of data-driven thought,the advantages of new media technology should be given full play to solve the problems of missing statistical data and inaccurate subjective evaluation of personnel.Use policy text quantification,web data crawlers,and news text analysis to conduct research.Completion of the evaluation of the level of construction industrialization in 31 provinces,municipalities directly under the Central Government,and autonomous regions in China,and then provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the dynamic monitoring of the development level of China's building industrialization.This article refer to the thinking of strategic environment PEST analysis method,selecting evaluation index by means of literature study and investigation optional libraries,invite experts to index screening to determine the four types of 15 indexes,make full use of the advantages to explore new media data collection and data collecting ways of each index quantitative formula.By means of cloud model analysis,experts assign the weight of indicators,and finally determine the weight of individual indicators,thus forming a perfect evaluation index system.Empirical research in combination with the practical situation of our country construction industrialization development,gathering on December 31,2017 operations related data,the comprehensive ranking results of 31 provinces,and with the help of statistical analysis tools according to the province of deviation analysis,clustering analysis and the corresponding conclusions.The comprehensive evaluation results show that the overall level of China's industrialization of buildings is low,with a quantified average of only 3.1.Regional development varies greatly.The general comprehensive scores in the eastern coastal areas are high,and the overall development in the northwest region lags behind.This paper divides the development level of China's provincial industrialization of construction into five categories according to the characteristics of the indicators.Each category has clear distinguishing features in terms of economic level,scientific and technological innovation capabilities,and scale of construction industry enterprises.According to this classification,it is possible to formulate building industrialization for the relevant provinces.Development policy provides a theoretical reference.Through the differential ranking analysis,this paper explores the reasons why the single evaluation indicators of Tianjin,Guangxi,Liaoning,Heilongjiang,and Henan provinces are inconsistent with the overall evaluation conclusions.
