| With the development of urban construction in China,more and more high-rise buildings,the pursuit of high-rise has become a trend,shear wall structure as one of the main structural forms,its design has attracted people’s attention.But at present,there is no uniform standard for the position of shear wall,many developers blindly pursue the time limit and benefit maximization,and adopt the more conservative design principle,which makes the shear wall layout more,the structure stiffness is large,the material consumption is more,which is not conducive to saving the engineering cost,so it is a very meaningful work to study the performance of the optimal design of shear wall.The following are the main contents of this study:(1)Briefly describe the research background and significance of this paper,summarize the development and optimization design method of high-rise shear wall structure,draw out the main research contents of this paper,and introduce the classification and arrangement principles of shear wall structure.(2)Taking a high-rise shear wall structure in Nanchang City as the research object,three kinds of shear wall arrangement schemes are designed,their performance is compared,and the principles of shear wall are studied.(3)Based on the shear wall layout scheme 27 models are designed to change the opening rate,the wall thickness of the shear wall and the strength grade of the concrete.The influence of the change of parameters such as the opening rate,the wall thickness of the shear wall and the strength grade of the concrete on the structure performance is analyzed in detail.(4)For the three layout schemes of shear wall,the model is established in the PKPM and MIDAS software respectively,the calculation results of the two software are compared,and the difference between them is analyzed,which lays the foundation for the application of the two software in practical work.(5)Summarize the research contents of this paper and further propose the future research direction. |
