This article mainly research frame shear wall structure based on the seismic performance of shear wall in the whole structure of the system under the location of the role play, the optimization of structure of shear wall part carries on the analysis comparison, realize the optimal layout of shear wall in structural research.Framework in this paper focuses on the frame shear wall structure and work principle of shear wall, on the basis of summarizing the achievements of advanced theory, the earthquake and the optimization theory of frame shear wall structure system is described in brief, focused on analysis of frame and shear wall in frame structure work principle and the calculation method of structural optimization. Based on the basic assumption in the frame shear wall structure design, according to the request of building codes in the rule of shear walls in frame shear wall structure of the basic layout principle, carry on the reasonable layout of shear wall. By using the finite element software PKPM, the layout of the shear wall was analyzed. By PKPM high-rise building structure finite element analysis software, the analysis and checking calculation of each scheme, it is concluded that a series of analysis data, the optimal placement of rational analysis of shear wall arrangement of the whole frame shear wall structure, the influence of the formation of the optimization of layout of shear wall.Based on the analysis of the optimal layout of shear wall achievements of theory and practice, to adjust the height of shear wall arrangement, the interruption of the frame shear wall structure with shear walls, the effect of using conform to the requirements of the building code design method, validation interrupt the rationality and feasibility of shear wall arrangement, interruption of study the influence of shear wall with frame shear wall structure. According to related specification and design method of elements, with the introduction of stiffness characteristic value and related mechanical equation formula, reasonable structure of the inflection point and the range of shear wall zero value,and determine the position of the shear wall interruption, combined with finite element software to model the formation of the comparison, using time history analysis method to interrupt shear wall structure analysis of tall frame shear wall structure construction.
