| China is currently in the stage of rapid development of the construction industry.Combined with the gradual reduction of the current population and labor resources of the country,the pressure on environmental protection is increasing day by day.The new building form of prefabricated buildings has also received strong government policies and financial support.Design units have also begun researching prefabricated buildings,and academia has also done a lot of research on prefabricated buildings.The rapid development of prefabricated buildings has also drawn attention to its quality.new technical solutions for building quality problems have appeared.Building Information Modeling(BIM)is widely used as information technology at home and abroad,providing new ideas for solving the quality problems of prefabricated buildings.This article takes the quality and safety management of prefabricated buildings as the research idea,summarizes the quality and safety issues of prefabricated buildings in the construction process according to the basic development of prefabricated buildings in Nanchang,and studies the impact and constraints of prefabricated quality and safety from multiple perspectives.Factors to study and analyze countermeasures for the quality and safety of prefabricated buildings.At the same time,based on the research on the combination of BIM technology and prefabricated construction,based on the research of BIM technology and prefabricated building construction quality problems,a quality control plan for prefabricated construction projects based on BIM was proposed and implemented.In actual projects,the plan divides the quality control of prefabricated buildings into pre-control,in-process control and post-quality control:create BIM models before construction,identify prefabricated component installation and overlap problems in advance through collision detection,and select the appropriate Construction solution through construction simulation.During construction,the quality of prefabricated components and the quality of construction of the process are checked.Post-test quality control includes checking the building quality information contained in the BIM model,finding quality problems,and analyzing the building quality problems recorded by the BIM model.Provide reference for construction quality control of future projects.The actual results show that the use of BIM technology before construction to identify quality issues that may cause the construction process to occur in advance.Due to the construction simulation,the layout and schedule of construction machinery are more reasonable.In the construction process,the use of BIM technology improves the technical understanding of prefabricated buildings.Effectively realize the quality control of prefabricated components and construction process,reduce the quality problems in the construction process;provide experience for the quality problems and quality control of other fabricated buildings. |
