Quantitative Research On Civil Aviation Flight Discipline

With the development of economy,the demand of civil aviation transportation is also increasing rapidly,safety is the basic condition for the civil aviation,and pilots are the final link to ensure safety.Through the analysis,it is found that the flight discipline accounts for the main part in the human causes of the unsafe events.At present,in terms of academic research at home and abroad,there are few researches on flight discipline,mainly qualitative analysis,lack of systematic and scientific quantitative analysis;in terms of the actual operation of the company,the construction of flight discipline is mainly to select relevant indicators to use simple scale scoring method,and there are certain deficiencies in selecting indicator scoring.Firstly,this paper reviews the research status of flight discipline at home and abroad from the perspectives of attitude and behavior performance,mainly expounds the influencing factors of flight discipline;at the same time,on the basis of many scholars’ research on flight discipline,it gives a clear definition of flight discipline through expert interviews and combined with its own experience.Secondly,the paper collects and sorts out the influencing factors of flight discipline by using the method of literature analysis,and establishes the index system of flight discipline by means of expert interview;on the basis of the index system,it analyzes the relationship between the influencing factors by using the method of DEMATEL / ism;it identifies the key influencing factors by drawing the cause and effect diagram of flight discipline,and constructs the ladder of flight discipline The multi-level model finds out the hierarchical relationship among the influencing factors,and puts forward suggestions and measures for the construction and management of flight discipline from the three levels of surface influencing factors,deep influencing factors and root influencing factors.Finally,based on the above research,the flight discipline evaluation system is constructed.The index weight is determined by demate method,the index weight is reassigned by fuzzy theory,and the practicability and effectiveness of the evaluation system are verified by an example.
