Design And Application Of Flight Plan Management System For Civil Aviation In North China

With the rapid development of civil aviation in China,the number of flights has increased dramatically.As CAAC enters the era of big data,flight plans in north China under unified management.Flight plan is the basic part.Its accuracy,consistency and integrity not only directly affects the follow-up flight data,dynamic statistics and analysis accuracy,but also indirectly affects the various support links of civil aviation.At present,the traditional scattered flight plans have been unable to meet the growing demand for flights.Therefore,the aim of this paper is to design the flight plan management system in north China.To provide more secure,efficient and high-quality data services for user units such as control,traffic and statistics.According to the formats of message content and data convention for civil aviation air traffic service,then analyze the flight message,correct error messages and sent to the automation system,then use the automatic system to generate FDR to process the flight data,finally complete the flight data processing function.Firstly,the background and target content of the subject are analyzed,then the development status at home and abroad is investigated,and the results of the field survey are combined.On the basis of in-depth understanding of the requirements,the modules of flight plan management,dynamic plan management,telegraph integrated processing,basic data management,alarm management,interface management are divided,and detailed design and discussion of each module is conducted.Secondly,studies and optimizes the algorithm flow of important functions such as telegraph analysis and route verification.Based on C# language,the function is realized by combining B/S structure with C/S structure.The database used ORACLE,in order to improve data security.Finally,through functional test,performance test and analysis of actual operation data,the actual operation results of the system are verified.
