In many production fields,multiple motors are required to work together to complete the production practice.This article first introduces the development status of multi-motor control systems at home and abroad,the application of multi-motors in multi-electric aircraft,platform-type multi-rotor aircraft,etc.,in order to extend the design goals of the subject and clarify the feasibility of designing multi-motor coordinated control systems.In detail,I learned in detail the various related technologies of the multi-motor coordinated control system,such as modern detection technology,modeling and simulation technology,and software program development technology.After clarifying the overall design scheme of the multi-motor coordinated control system and related technologies involved,the paper elaborated the design and construction process of the system hardware and software in detail.Firstly,the relevant theories and methods of modern detection technology are applied,the selection of relevant hardware for the experiment is completed and the experimental platform of the system is designed in CAD software,and the construction of experimental equipment,sensors and other hardware is completed.The system platform uses brushless DC motor as motor.Then the theoretical method of modeling and simulation technology is applied,and the relevant mathematical models and algorithms of the system are modeled and simulated in MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation software to verify the rationality of the algorithm,multi-motor control strategy and control system.After the theoretical foundation is applied,the software program development technology is used to develop and design the software program of the multi-motor control system in LabVIEW 18.0.The multi-thread technology is used to complete the multi-task synchronization processing,which includes signal output,data acquisition,data processing,Various functional modules such as fault simulation and report output,and the software has been debugged,tested,and verified,and all the development tasks of the system have been completed.In the experimental stage,after the debugging of the hardware and software of the system is completed,the whole system is tested one by one according to the design requirements,and each index can meet the design requirements,and can realize the simultaneous operation of multitasking and multithreading,which verifies the actual operation of the software design,and the program operation under normal and fault conditions can achieve the designed target function The error rate is also in a reasonable range.Finally,the technical indicators of the system are output in the form of reports.After many experiments,the system runs well.
