Railway vehicles as an important tool for railway transportation,its security issues cannot be ignored.The drive unit which is a major component of railway vehicles has a high proportion of total faults caused by its assembly problems.In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the drive unit,it is necessary to carry out the necessary routine tests on the drive unit test platform There are many types of test benches used in China,and the host computer detection system mostly adopts a bus type communication network,which has great limitations and poor compatibility.In order to improve the data communication and transmission mode in the current drive device detection,this thesis proposes a transmission method based on OPC communication technology to realize the detection data of the drive device,mainly doing the following research:Firstly,based on the analysis of the fault detection principle and the data required for the test,the design of the drive system test system was completed.With Siemens S7-1200 series PLC as the main controller,the motor status is controlled by the inverter to simulate the actual operation of the rail vehicle,and the data signals such as vibration and temperature collected by the field equipment are acquired and sent to the OPC server software for subsequent operation of the host communication software.Secondly,in-depth study of OPC technology,analysis of test requirements,functional design of the host computer detection data communication software.Through C#programming under the.NET platform,realizing the data communication software of the host computer which is also called the OPC client;completing the information interaction between the field device and the detection communication software,and using SQL Server as the background database to store the data of drive device routine test.Finally,the system test environment is built by using the existing test platform and the system function verification is completed from the aspects of data reception and software functions.The HXD3 drive device detection is taken as an example to complete the reading writing and storing process of the vibration,temperature,motor power and other related data collected in the PLC,and real-time monitoring of the test process data.The results show that the data communication software of the host computer designed by this thesis reduces the repeated development of the driver by referring to the OPC technology,and it has well handled the compatibility problem between the software and hardware systems,and has certain promotion and use value.
