| The development of renewable energy is an important strategy in China,in which wind power occupies a very important position.With the increasing insta lied capacity of wind power,its impact on the power grid is increasing.Whether the relay protection system of wind power station can operate correctly and reli ably plays a very important role in the safe and stable operation of wind power station.Conventional wind power station protection constant value calculation is a static process.Generally,the offline setting calculation is carried out according to the maximum operation mode of the system.However,the change of the inp ut,withdrawal or output power of the wind turbine is also the change of the sy stem operation mode in nature.However,the wind power generation has a large instability.Due to fault,periodic inspection,maintenance and other reasons,the shutdown of the wind turbine occurs frequently.The input and withdrawal of each wind turbine will cause the system impedance change.In addition,the change of the output power of the wind turbine will also affect the system impedance.Therefore,the existing protection setting method and the actual operation of the wind power station cannot be matched.In order to solve this problem,the paper introduces the adaptive relay prote ction technology into the operation of wind farm,and puts forward the adaptive protection setting algorithm of wind farm collector line.The idea of the adaptive setting algorithm is to input the electrical parameters affected by the number offans running and the output power into the setting calculation common in t he form of variables rather than fixed values on the basis of the traditional pro tection setting calculation method in theformula,the setting value of the protectio n is updated in real time with the change of the actual electrical parameters.Th e s-witching on and off of the fan and the change of the output power mainly aff-ect the three-stage over-current protection of the power collection line of th e w-ind farm.Therefore,through calculating the switching on and off of the fan and predicting the change of the system impedance under the two conditions of the fan power output,the setting value is adjusted in real time.If the change range of the new setting value exceeds 5%,the original setting value is modifie d to the new oneBased on the study of the working principle of adaptive protection and the setting principle of wind power station protection,the adaptive protection syste of wind power station collecting wire is designed.The system adopts ARM Linux structure and uses ARM9 series S3C2410A single chip microcomputer prod-uced by Samsung Company of Korea as the main control chip,which is divided into data acquisition layer and intelligent decision layer.The adaptive protection system collects the data needed to calculate the values through the SCADA sy-stem and the wind power prediction system,and then calculates the latest values according to the algorithm.The adaptive protection system designed in this paper plays an important role in promoting the development of wind power station protection technology and expands the research ideas of adaptive protection technology to a certain extent. |
