With the continuous development of society,the continuous prosperity of the national economy,and the change of concept from a big manufacturing country to a manufacturing power,the manufacturing industry began to flourish,and the market demand gradually began to increase significantly.As a member of the manufacturing industry,high-speed rail is lucky to get on this train of national will.At present,high-speed railway has gradually become the main means of transportation for people to travel long distances.In order to make more people feel the innovative achievements of this scientific and technological development,it is imperative and feasible to establish some new high-speed rail production bases to increase vehicle capacity.First of all,this paper introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the project.Then it introduces the theoretical basis of project risk management,which lays a solid knowledge system for the writing of the whole paper.Based on the knowledge system of project risk and the division standard of project life cycle,the paper combines the two organically,and formulates a three-step strategy to identify,evaluate and deal with the risk of the project.Experts identified a total of 16 risk factors in the four stages of the project,and then the paper comprehensively evaluated the risk factors by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which provided a basis for the response links in the "three-step" strategy.In addition,the paper also makes full use of the DEMATEL method to analyze the importance and relationship among the 16 factors,and draws the conclusion that capital risk and contract risk are the core elements,and quality risk is the sensitive factor.The research and application of these scientific and effective methods,it improves the risk management level of the construction project of J city high-speed rail base,and echoes the new slogan of "improving quality and increasing efficiency" put forward by the enterprise.The research of this paper enriches the practical application of risk management in high-speed rail base construction projects,and has a certain reference significance for the construction of similar projects at home and abroad.
