Research On The Restrictive Factors And Incentive Mechanism Of Low Carbon Building Industrialization

Nowadays,while the construction industry is developing at a high speed,it has caused many social and environmental problems.As the best practice of sustainable development strategy,low-carbon building industrialization is an inevitable trend of China's construction industry.Promoting the industrialization of low-carbon buildings is an important way to realize the development of building industry and promote new urbanization.It is also of great significance to promote urban and rural construction on the green,circular and low-carbon scientific development track and accelerate the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society.This thesis takes low-carbon building industrialization as the research object,analyzes the main participants of low-carbon building industrialization,and finds the constraints that affect the behavior of these participants through literature induction and expert interviews.Based on this,questionnaires are used.Quantitative analysis by SPSS software and DEMATEL method has obtained important constraints that hinder the industrialization of low-carbon buildings.Based on Game Theory,the game model of participating subjects is constructed,and the game analysis and simulation are carried out.The specific process of relevant parameters affecting the game equilibrium strategy is further analyzed.It thinks that the government gives appropriate incentives to enterprises and consumers,which is conducive to the development of low carbon building industrialization.According to the analysis results of the main game,from the five aspects of policy,market,technology,management and talents,it puts forward specific measures for the incentive mechanism of low-carbon building Low carbon building industrialization,such as economic subsidies,investment attraction,improvement of evaluation indicators and strengthening of technical exchanges.Guidance has been provided on practices such as the formulation of relevant policies,corporate strategic positioning and customer selection.
