The research topic is "Market Share Expansion Strategy in the Dominican Republic for Architectural Service Center".The main purpose of this specific paper is to identify the managerial challenges faced by the Architectural Service Center to achieve an expansion in the Dominican market in a way that is beneficial for the company and its customers by providing better and smooth services.Architectural Service Center discharged property owner of all the inconveniences that contain the work of administration,maintenance,hygiene and safety in all aspects involving a residential and commercial building,achieving the protection of the surplus value of the investment of each co-owner.This type of administrative services is relatively new in the Dominican market,where they have not been operating for more than 25 years.This is because the vertical growth of the city has been in this last century and the needs or demands of the service grew with the city.Over the years,the company has lost a lot of positioning in the local market because it does not have a strategic plan for the company.The business works simply by addressing the daily needs or problems that may arise.Because of this,the company has lost large business opportunities,which,at the time,may have greatly increased the company's position in the market.We cannot fail to mention the lack of an accounting system,which allows efficient collection management.Due to the lack of this type of management,the company has often had to finance costs for the same clients,in order to make payroll payments,for example.The expansion of business implies that the company must grow and assume the changes that this growth entails.With growth this will lend itself to new challenges,many more.There are many methods studied for a company to have a safe growth and a smooth transition process where the impact on its operations and employees is not negative.This paper expatriates on the market expansion of Architectural Service Center regarding their actual marketing and management practices,in order to come up with certain targeted solutions,as well as the implementation of specific integration measures.With this analysis Architectural Services Center can see the possibilities of being able to expand their services in the local market.It will allow the growth rate in the sector,taking the competitors actions into consideration.They can also classify their services,their different public or business markets and be able to measure the participation in themark taking the annual sales of the company.The internal processes of the company,here it is analyzed how well the processes or internal mechanisms of the company work.These processes must be effective and adapted to the internal structure of the company,at the lowest possible cost.Tweaking and enhancements can come later to "tighten up" a business to minimize costs and maximize profits.The objective of this paper is to analyze the circumstances by which the company,Architectural Service Center,has lost so much positioning in the Dominican market.In addition,we will analyze the different tools that we could apply to this company to increase as much as possible the internal performance of the company,the image and the quality in the service that customers perceive,among other tools that seek to increase internal efficiency,and therefore,manage to increase its positioning.The weakness of the Architectural Services Center is the lack of a sales strategy,without any strategy to approach the market,it does not have a logo that represents what the company really does,nor attractive colors or shapes for the public.This weakens them a lot with the competition,since they invest a lot of money in advertising,marketing strategies,participation in events,etc.The use of new technologies can be very beneficial for the company.With this implementation,the company can shorten the times of its operational processes and,therefore,the cost.Therefore,they would be producing more,at a lower cost,in less time.However,we cannot fail to mention the easy remote access to information within digital services or platforms that offer online storage services,including many of them at no cost.
