| As one of the key systems of the EMU,the traction system is responsible for providing power for the train operation and power supply for the auxiliary system,which is a key part of the safe and stable operation of the train.However,the traction system often breaks down during train operation,which greatly affects the train transportation order and passenger comfort.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to analyze the occurrence rules of traction system equipment failures,study and formulate failure prevention measures to reduce equipment failure rates and improve system stability.This paper takes CRH380 B series EMU as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the development process of domestic CRH series EMU,the allocation of CRH380 B EMU in the whole railway and the research status of traction system at home and abroad;secondly,it analyzes the important components of traction system,including the structure and working principle of converter,traction motor and cooling device.Then it introduces the basic knowledge of fault tree analysis,the steps of fault tree establishment,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.On the basis of the oretical analysis,a fault tree with traction system fault as the top event is established.Four sub fault trees,including traction converter main body and its control,traction converter cooling and control,traction motor and its cooling and the network module,are analyzed step by step to find out the bottom event leading to system failure and solve the minimum cut set to judge the weak points of the system.On the basis of operation and maintenance fault statistics of CRH380 B series EMU in 2018,the probability and importance of minimum cut set are calculated by quantitative analysis,so as to determine the problems that need to be solved urgently.On the bottom events of the implementation of minimum cut set technical reformation,develop prevention measures or maintenance on the basis of the optimization,in 2019 traction system fault segment attachment number significantly lower than in 2018,reach the purpose of the traction system reliability,stability,and on the basis of fault analysis and prevention of current EMU traction system maintenance project optimization advice and repair system safeguard measures are put forward. |
