Research On ZDJ9 Switch Machine Fault Intelligent Diagnosis System

With the acceleration of urban construction in China,urban rail transit has ushered in a wave of construction.As the key equipment of driving,the switch machine plays a vital role in the safe and punctual operation of trains.The AC three-phase five-wire ZDJ9 switch machine can meet the high-strength and high-density conversion requirements of high-speed rail and subway.It has been widely used in China in recent years and has become the mainstream switch control equipment of urban rail transit in China.At present,the fault detection and treatment of ZDJ9 switch machine in China basically rely on human judgment.Technically,only analog quantity monitoring and gap monitoring such as switch switching current curve and switch indicating voltage are set as auxiliary judgment equipment.Due to the difference in service level of fault handlers,many switch machine faults have to wait for rescue teams such as business backbones and engineers to come from a distance,which can not be disposed of in time,thus affecting the safe and punctual operation of trains.The intelligent fault diagnosis system of ZDJ9 switch machine is to introduce the concept of artificial intelligence,collect all kinds of ZDJ9 parameter information comprehensively,carry out intelligent logic operation,quickly find out the cause of the fault,intuitively give recovery guidance to the fault handlers,reduce the dependence on personnel experience,and make the fault be repaired quickly.The intelligent fault diagnosis system of ZDJ9 switch machine adopts modern communication technology and sensor technology,which monitors and controls the current and voltage of relay coil and contact in real time indoors,and collects data such as operating current curve,voltage representation and gap image of switch machine outdoors,and then integrates data such as the displacement of sharp rail and basic rail,turnout force measurement,etc.,to form a more comprehensive turnout parameter report.On this basis,through the software logic analysis and intelligent judgment,find out the cause of the fault,and direct the corresponding treatment measures to the fault handlers intuitively in the form of dialog box,so as to achieve the effect of quickly and effectively handling the fault of ZDJ9 switch machine.Through modern monitoring technology,ZDJ9 fault intelligent diagnosis system can also find relay aging,weak change of turnout index and give an alarm in time,which further embodies the characteristics of railway preventive maintenance and the idea of pre-identifying,pre-discovering and pre-solving hidden dangers of equipment.In this paper,the hardware,software and technology of ZDJ9 fault intelligent diagnosis system are studied.This system can improve the existing ZDJ9 switch machine maintenance and fault handling technology,shorten the fault handling time,and improve the automation and intelligence level of signal equipment maintenance.
