With the continuous development of information technology,the application of computer technology in various fields is becoming more and more mature.In the application of the railway field,especially in the railway production management such as the train management system,the application of information technology is more extensive,but for the locomotive,vehicle and other stations which take the traditional mechanical maintenance as the main production task,the application of information technology in the maintenance operation management is still relatively lagging behind.In the field of passenger car depot maintenance,each maintenance unit is a set,there is no unified system,and there is no unified scheduling for the overall production management.In view of the above situation,a comprehensive production management system which can meet the needs of production management and process layout in a certain bus depot is needed to promote the supervision and production scheduling of depot repair.This paper studies and designs the production scheduling system of the general speed passenger car depot repair.Firstly,it analyzes the research background of the system and the research status at home and abroad.Aiming at the problems encountered in the maintenance process of a passenger car depot,it determines the necessity of designing the system.Then the key technologies needed for system development are briefly introduced.This paper uses unified modeling language to analyze and design the overall requirements of the system.Considering the security,operability and data capacity of the system,SQL Server 2017 database is used as the database of the system.In the demand analysis of the system,according to the user types of the system,it can be divided into six kinds of user roles.On the basis of the roles,the functional demand analysis and non functional demand analysis of the system are carried out.According to the demand analysis of the system,the functional structure of the system is divided into five main functional structures and system management functions: daily work management,technical process management,material inventory management,fault feedback and processing,and equipment management.The system adopts the browser server architecture,and the user can access the system through the browser,which provides convenience for the user's access.The purpose of this paper is to provide some useful ideas for the information management of general speed passenger train depot repair production,especially for the application and development of information software.There are 40 pictures,11 tables and 51 references.
