Research On The Design Of Small Light Steel Structure Prefabricated Buildings

Small buildings generally adopt the traditional low-tech construction methods in urban and rural areas.In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,resource consumption and environmental pollution of cast-in-place construction,the construction industrialization is vigorously developed for mainstream buildings with large quantity and wide scope,and high-quality development is promoted.However,due to the special functional and economic requirements of small buildings,the development of small buildings has been neglected in the construction industrialization.Small buildings in rural areas show a trend of diversification,which puts forward higher standards for rural construction.At present,small buildings in both urban and rural areas are facing new demands for quality improvement,efficiency improvement,technology upgrading,resource conservation and environmental friendliness.Under the background of building industrialization,how to build small buildings to realize these new demands is the subject of this paper.First of all,from the industry background to find the two directions of small building construction-"light" and "assembly".Secondly,from the light building theory and practice,constructivism and archi-neering theory to find the small light assembly construction methodology guidance.This paper puts forward three construction leading mechanisms:time-oriented,cost-oriented and quality-oriented,and analyzes the standardization and personalized characteristics of small and light prefabricated buildings,so as to provide a value evaluation basis for subsequent design and construction.Then compare the design methods and techniques of the case study project in response to various adaptive needs.Finally,taking sanqingshan light hotel as an example,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the construction design methods and technical measures for small light steel structure buildings.This paper focuses on summarizing the design ideas and methods of small and light prefabricated buildings,hoping to provide value guidance,methodology and technical judgment basis for similar projects.
