Research On Modularity And Adaptability Of New Rural Dwellings Design

Nowadays,under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,in the face of the huge demand for residential construction in the countryside itself and the chaotic situation of villagers' self-building,the government has started to guide designers to the countryside.At present,there are generally two situations:1.Pilot projects of rural dwellings led by the government have appeared,which have brought together a large amount of high-quality resources and conditions.Although they have achieved some success in a sense and have also formed some social influence,the factors such as policy patronage and high construction cost have prevented them from being widely promoted and popularized to solve practical problems in rural areas.2.A large number of low-cost designs and low-level designs are just simple module repetition and mechanical determinant layout,seriously damaging the rural environment and rural characteristicsUnder these two embarrassing dilemmas,this paper attempts to carry out a research on fusion design of the two core points of new rural dwellings,which are modularity and adaptability,so as to have a universal guiding significance for the construction of new residential buildings in rural areas while reflecting the characteristics of traditional villages.In order to realize the popularization of rural new residential design,the article proposes a modular design method.In order to continue the traditional rural style,the article proposes an adaptive design purpose.Firstly,the article elaborates the two research focuses and combs the interactive dialectical relationship between them.Then,the article conducts research on the fusion design of modularity and adaptability:through combing the relationship between settlement and monomer,it establishes the basic design ideas,clarifies the module hierarchy of settlement-group-monomer-room,proposes the design steps of starting from the overall situation of the village,decomposing the module hierarchy and recombining,and puts forward the basic principles to be followed in the design.After that,the article takes Zhejiang area as an example to discuss in detail:by exploring the excellent characteristics of traditional dwellings and traditional settlements in Zhejiang,it seeks design basis.At the same time,it conducts specific research on the module level of new dwellings adapted to the rural areas of Zhejiang,and separately from the settlement and the monomer carries out detailed design strategy,so as to complete the design exploration of new residential houses in villages.Finally,the article applies the research results to the first phase of the architectural design of the resettlement area of Langwu Village,Luzhu Town,Fuyang District,Hangzhou.The example verifies the feasibility of the study and makes it more realistic in guiding significance,hoping to provide a new breakthrough for the construction of new rural dwellings and bring opportunities for the further realization of rural industrialization.
