Strategies And Methods On Rurality Construction Of Zhejiang B & B

In the context of the upsurge in rural construction, B & B appear in mass. It derives phenomenon of symbolization and homogenization in rural construction. B & B relates to multi subject areas, multi personnel roles and complex rural background. It is difficult to satisfy existing developing requirement of B & B market by simple architecture angle in the past. With these problems and contradiction, this paper summarizes literature in B & B research both here and abroad, retrieve related articles in Mainland and Taiwan. From two visual angle of Tourism Economics and Architecture, card the relationship between B & B industry and rural in brief and emphatically discuss the conclusion of B & B theory development and practice experience in Architecture level. Then, this paper compares Mainland and Taiwan B & B and offers developing direction for B & B industry. Meanwhile, it cards developing advantages, internal logic, evolution law and construction condition, then provide with conclusion of Zhejiang B &B development.After strong research of B & B theory and construction development, it combines Geography, Tourism, Economics and other multi interdisciplinary perspective, and analyze rural character of B & B. Then, this paper provide with construction strategies for rural character of B& B. Firstly, it raises a claim on management element of scale, main body, activity, resource,architect, village collective and so on. From B & B monomer and the organization relationship between architecture and village, it combines and analyzes excellent case in B & B practice,then pick up different advantages in rural character construction. Secondly, this paper puts forward general plan of industrialization,whole design of localization,architecture interface of digestion, space construction of experiencing, reconstructing technology of nature. Lastly,considering about their content, the B & B are divided into several types: active resource based,architectural culture based and site environment based. Through key rural content typological analysis of 7 B & B projects during graduate stage, the author explore the space pattern and place construction of B & B.
