| In recent years,many large public buildings and industrial buildings in China have adopted pipe truss structures with abundant shape,light structure,balanced force,large stiffness,light weight,and single steel pipe members directly converging.The application of this kind of structure in large span buildings has caused the problems of high cost,difficulty in construction and difficulty in controlling the progress of pipe truss assembly due to its huge size.At present,there is no practical solution to the above problems of pipe truss construction.Based on the shortcomings and shortcomings of the four main construction methods mentioned above,combined with the existing construction technology of large-span spatial structure in China,according to the characteristics of steel pipe truss,this thesis combined with the actual coking project of WangCang 600000 tons,first of all,According to the requirements of the project,11 aspects such as design parameters,materials,manufacture and installation,rust removal and painting of steel structure,equipment,quality control system,safety,environmental protection,etc.The main problems and matters needing attention in construction are put forward.Secondly,a new construction technology method of pipe truss structure is put forward,which is based on the process design,construction process design and node analysis.Finally,the project feasibility analysis and project investment estimate,project start-up,project task decomposition,network plan,project duration plan,key nodes and acceptance of the project implementation process are described.Through the implementation of the project,the feasibility of the proposed construction technology of pipe truss structure is verified.The construction process has been awarded the third prize of "Science and Technology Progress Award" of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,and has been successfully applied for invention patent,the accepted application number is 201110049809.X.The technological method of steel pipe truss assembly presented in this thesis has the characteristics of high processing and assembling precision,saving the cost of measures,controllable quality and advanced technology.By adopting the method of project management in the stage of project implementation,a set of project management methods for large span dry coal shed construction can be obtained for reference of similar projects.Through the new construction technology and project management method proposed in this thesis,the whole truss assembly process can be completed without using large lifting equipment and special placer,which saves a lot of measures and improves the assembling precision.The duration of the project has been greatly reduced.The planning,control and adjustment ability of the project is greatly improved,and the cost of the whole project is obviously reduced.To sum up,the project uses new technology,new technology and new management means,successfully completed the longest span of the domestic dry coal shed pipe truss assembly,New experience has been accumulated for the whole assembly construction of long span pipe truss of the same type or similar,and the social benefit is remarkable. |
