The implementation and development of company welfare can create a better working and living environment for employees and provide better welfare benefits for employees.The process of welfare project management mainly includes welfare information database management,personnel database management,welfare project implementation management,account management and other processes.At the same time,it needs the participation and positive response of employees in all departments of the company.Therefore,welfare project management The process is faced with such problems as difficult work and inconsistent staff coordination,which greatly restrict the development of welfare project work and the improvement of work efficiency.With the development of information technology,information management has become the main way of company management.The use of computer and network information management can solve the implementation and management of employee welfare projects,speed up work progress and improve work efficiency.Based on the actual needs of welfare management in power supply company,this paper takes welfare project management system as the research object,studies the characteristics of system design and business process,analyses the business process and work content of welfare project management,and constructs the solution of welfare project system implementation based on ASP.NET technology and software engineering programming idea.In the research work of welfare projects,firstly,the technical development route of the system is studied,including C# development language,ASP.NET technology and three-tier architecture design idea.Then,according to the design goal of company welfare project management,use case modeling of welfare information management,project implementation,account query,to-do work and other business needs is carried out,functional requirements analysis and use case description are carried out,and functional and non-functional requirements of the system are determined.Welfare project management needs are the management of the basic data content of welfare project business.When researching the basic data project,first of all,we need to check all kinds of personnel information of the company,create welfare project organization database and personnel information database,and systematically design the application process of welfare project to meet the uniqueness of personnel information,the regularity and logical rigor of welfare project application.Demand.After completing the content management of basic data,we should manage the implementation process of welfare projects,reasonably analyze and design the payment standards of welfare implementation,to ensure the reliability of the amount and the accuracy of the issuance status in the process of welfare project business development;after the implementation of welfare projects,we should manage the account information of welfare projects,manage the account flow information and ensure the data results.It is consistent with the data of welfare implementation payment.Furthermore,we should complete the comprehensive management and retrieval of welfare projects,provide data report analysis and generation functions,and provide the support of basic functional modules such as to-do reminders,system management and so on.Then,the system architecture and development technology of welfare project management system are studied.The whole design process is described.The database structure and relational model of the system are designed.The structure of database table is analyzed.The design and implementation process of each module is described by use case diagram,architecture diagram,class diagram and sequence diagram,and the content of core function design is described.Finally,test cases are compiled to test the function and performance of the system using black box testing and Load Runner tools.The test results are analyzed and the functional design and performance of the system are examined.The design and implementation of welfare project management system can provide perfect welfare project management for power supply companies,improve the implementation and management of welfare projects by means of information management,provide all-round welfare support and standardized welfare guarantee system for employees of power supply companies,promote the healthy development of welfare project work,improve the standardization of welfare project management,and serve the public.The Division provides convenient and efficient welfare project management solutions.
