| Power grid construction with the new urbanization of the advance gradually to the direction of the distribution network tilt.The same period,the State Grid around the "one strong three excellent" modern company strategic objectives,vigorously promote the "three sets of five" system construction,co-ordinate the core resources,optimize business model,compression management level,shorten the business chain,to achieve coordinated and efficient operation.XS area within the private enterprises,rapid economic development,power demand increased year by year.In the face of changes in the internal and external environment,XS power supply company distribution network construction work long way to go.In 2014,XS Power Supply Company to break the original transport inspection and marketing department "fragmented" distribution network project management model,determined to innovate,set up a power grid construction center.Center is the implementation of the company’s power grid construction agencies,but also the project process management support agencies.Power grid construction center under the operation and maintenance department,the internal breakdown of functions by the program group and engineering group.After the construction of the grid construction center for some time,the internal and external gradually exposed a series of problems.Based on the status of the distribution management system of the distribution network,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the project management system of the distribution network of the company from the aspects of the departmental responsibilities,organizational structure,job placement,staffing and work flow of the power grid construction center.Network engineering features and project management,organizational structure,process management theory,from the grid construction center to proceed with the existing management system optimization program: to build a matrix of project management organizational structure,from the perspective of stakeholders to clear the boundaries of responsibilities,And on the basis of the two on the project management process and the internal process of the center has been improved.This paper aims to improve the management efficiency of the existing distribution network project,aiming at improving the management efficiency,so as to ensure the smooth development of the distribution network of XS power supply company. |
