As the pillar industry of the entire national economy,the green development of the equipment manufacturing industry is of great significance to the improvement of China's national economy efficiency and ecological civilization construction.At present,the comprehensive strength of China's equipment manufacturing industry has leapt to the forefront of the world,and the amount of foreign direct investment and import and export volume is also constantly improving,but the extensive economic growth model has led to a large amount of resource consumption and serious environmental pollution,pollution emissions and resource consumption.The problem is getting worse.FDI can influence the environmental level of the host country through technology transfer and " stained paradise”equivalent.Trade openness affects the environmental quality of the host country through effects such as technology spillover and“pollution halo”,but the effects of FDI and trade openness in different countries and industries The absorption capacity is different,and the degree of influence is also different.It is of theoretical and practical significance to explore the impact of the two on the green total factor productivity of China's equipment manufacturing industry.This paper starts from the theoretical level,this paper analyzes the specific path and specific mechanism of FDI and trade opening affecting the green total factor productivity of China's equipment manufacturing industry,and then uses non-radial undirected SBM directional distance function and Luenberger productivity index to measure China's equipment manufacturing.Green total factor productivity in 2003-2015.It is found through calculation that the total factor productivity of China's equipment manufacturing industry is greater than I in 2003-2015,among which the high total factor productivity of the transportation manufacturing industry with high R&D investment is the highest,and the green factor of metal manufacturing industry with more serious resource consumption.The productivity average is the lowest.On the basis of theoretical analysis and measurement,the author selects 7 sub-sectors of the equipment manufacturing industry and the overall panel data from 2003 to 2015 to construct a regression model of green total factor productivity and FDI,trade openness,human capital,technological innovation and environmental regulation.To analyze the impact of FDI and trade openness on the green total factor productivity of China's equipment manufacturing industry,and use the threshold of human capital,technological innovation and environmental regulation to explore the constraint mechanism of the above influence.Studies have shown that FDI,export trade,human capital and environmental regulation have a significant positive impact on the green total factor productivity of China's equipment manufacturing industry,while import trade and technological innovation have a significant negative impact,and human capital,technological innovation and The level of environmental regulation nonlinearly constrains the impact of FDI and export trade on the green total factor productivity of the equipment manufacturing industry through the threshold effect.Finally,based on the results of empirical regression and the threshold regression results,from the five aspects of“introducing”,weakening import dependence,building talent teams,taking into account green development and increasing environmental protection,relevant policy recommendations were put forward to promote the improvement of green total factor productivity in the equipment manufacturing industry.
