Research On Owner’s Management In Hospital Old Building Upgrading Project

In recent years,with the rapid improvement of people’s living standards in China,the demand for medical service quality of patients with diseases is increasing significantly,not only concerned about their own disease diagnosis and treatment,but also about whether the hospital could provide a comfortable medical environment.At present,the difficulty of people’s medical treatment is an urgent problem to be solved based on the scarce medical resources of suppliers in China.In order to provide patients with a higher standard of medical services and resolving difficulty of people’s medical treatment,the old buildings of the existing hospitals should be renovated and renewed,also the medical environment and the level of intelligent services should be improved under the most economical premise.Meet people’s aspirations for a better life.For the reconstruction and renewal of old buildings in hospitals,the managers of hospital owners must strengthen management in all aspects.In order to guarantee the quality of the final result,horizontal multi-dimensional consideration and longitudinal continuous control have to be implemented.In order to study the project management of the reconstruction and renewal of old buildings in hospitals,the author visited hospital infrastructure manager,searched information on Internet,consulted related experts and etc..The author summarizes the ways of reconstruction and renewal of the old hospital buildings and the key points of the owner’s management,systematizes them,and proves their application in practical work,and finally concludes the management method with higher practical operation value by using project management theory of humanistic thought,PDCA cycle,SWOT analysis model,RAM responsibility allocation matrix,combined with their own experience of a number of old building renovation projects and other management methods.Finally,it is concluded as a management method with high practical operation value,which can be used as a reference for similar renovation and renewal projects of old hospital buildings.
