Research On Design Quality Management Of Food Industrial Building Project Owners

China’s industrialization began with its first five-year plan for national economic development initiated in 1953,Over the past two decades,as the variety of industrial products continues to expand thanks to the advancement of science and technology,the forms of industrial buildings have become increasingly complex,the society has become more demanding for food industrial construction.As the structural complexity of food industrial buildings increases,so does the design difficulty,making building design quality,the soul of food industrial buildings,a top concern.Food industrial building project owners are different from civil land project owners,food industrial building project owners deal with the production and processing of industrial products,they do not design buildings or manage construction except when building new production workshops or rebuilding or expanding old ones.So the food industrial project owners lack engineering project management experience and engineering professionals.In this paper,I present a study on the design quality management of food industrial buildings in respect of organizational management,process management,and design outcome evaluation from the perspective of food industrial building project owners.Based on the current social background,with the goal of improving the design quality management ability of the industrial building construction party,this article conducts research from the following aspects according to the collection and analysis of research results of a large number of domestic : Firstly,discussing the important role of design quality in the implementation of engineering projects and outlining design management highlights and design quality evaluation methods for industrial buildings in light of previous research findings on design quality management.Secondly,This article summarize existing problems in the design quality management of food industrial building project owners,analyze the underlying causes and develop a design quality management system for food industrial building project owners based on existing building design quality management principles and methods,the system focuses on process management,selection of design units and contract management.Thirdly,based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the evaluation of engineering project design quality.This article establish a design quality evaluation index system for food industrial buildings,calculate the primary and secondary indexes of this system by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)and work out the design quality evaluation values to check if a design outcome meets all requirements of the project owner.The main conclusions of this paper include:(1)The quality management problems of engineering project design in food production enterprises are mainly manifested in the lack of attention to quality management,the imperfect management system,the imperfect management process and the insufficient evaluation ability of design results.These problems have become the key to restrict the implementation of the project.(2)The design quality management system established in this paper can effectively manage the design quality of food industry buildings from the aspects of objectives,organizations,processes and systems.(3)The evaluation results of the quality evaluation system on the design achievements of ZHY’s Eastern China New Project are similar to the use effect of the design achievements in the project implementation process,which shows that the quality evaluation system established in this paper is objective and effective.The study is limited to design quality management and evaluation of industrial buildings from the perspective of project owners.Subsequent studies are ultimately necessary to make deeper research and innovation on the design quality of food industrial buildings so as to find more effective methods for optimizing the design quality management and evaluation of food industrial buildings and provide more theoretical support and policy suggestions to achieve further improvement.
