Under the situation of global warming and serious lack of oil resources,the development trend of automobile industry has changed into the production of low-carbon automobiles.Nowadays,in the world,the research on electric vehicles has been in a sharp situation.People try to take the research and development of electric vehicles as the main goal of the development of automobiles in the 21st century.The charging facilities of electric vehicles occupy a very important position in the electric vehicle industry chain.While promoting electric vehicles,we should also focus on the research of charging facilities of electric vehicles.It can be seen that the research on the control and design method of electric vehicle charging pile is of great significance.This paper focuses on the research and development of electric vehicle charging station and its control system.At first,this paper briefly summarizes the actual situation of the research on the charging pile system at home and abroad.On the basis of exploring the functional requirements and shape requirements of the charging pile,it combines with the control means and charging mode of the charging pile,and then designs the charging pile as a whole.Secondly,according to the different functions of the charging pile,it designs the AC charging pile,and then selects the intelligent meter to realize the energy meter Quantity,select mt628v112 card reader to identify IC card,at the same time,carry out the search card,charging and settlement consumption process of charging post system.Based on the analysis of data network characteristics,combined with the actual charging post design network communication scheme,through the analysis of the function of charging post interface,design the display interface of charging post.Finally,select atk-as608 fingerprint identification module to identify fingerprint As the verification key of charging start and stop.In the charge point control system,microprocessors are usually produced by the Italian semiconductor company.At the same time,the serial port communication circuit,control and guide circuit,storage circuit,remote signal input circuit,Ethernet circuit,temperature detection circuit and remote control output control circuit are designed.At the same time,the control system and serial port LCD screen are combined to form a good human-computer interface.
