The grim situation of the world’s oil resources shortage and global climate warming,the construction of low-carbon vehicles will become a new direction of development ofthe automobile industry. Electric vehicles around the world has been heating up, peopleare trying to make Electric vehicles become the mainstream of the development of21stcentury car. Electric vehicle charging facilities is an important part that can not be ignoredin the electric vehicle industry chain, while develop the electric car industry should fullytake into account the development of charging facilities, electric car charging pile designand its control method is very necessary also.The purpose of this topic is to design an electric car charging pile and its controlsystem. First of all, domestic and foreign research status of the charging system are brieflyintroduced, then starting from the external demand and function demand analysis,combined with the charging and the charging terminal control method,the overall designof the charging pile are finished; Secondly, due to the function of the ac and dc chargingpiles are different, ac and dc charging piles are designed respectively,thenCentralized-distributed two-way balancing control method is proposed,based on theinconsistency of the battery during large current charging process, and this method isverified through experiments; Finally, smart meters for the electric energy metering and ICcard reader CRT-288-E are designed,process about finding card、charging and settlementof consumption are setted. After the analysis of the characteristics of data communicationnetwork, combined with the actual charging pile, charging pile network communicationscheme is designed. Finally,through the analysis of the function of charging pile interface,the charging interface display is designed and implemented.In the structure of charging pile control system, in order to achieve the entirehardware design, we select Samsung’s32-bit ARM7S3C44B0X microprocessor as thecore hardware of the system. Based on the established processor, this paper implementsthe power circuit, LCD interface circuit and Sound and light alarm interface circuit.Theoperating system μC/OS-Ⅱ and user interface μC/GUI combine perfectly to achieve agood man-machine interface.
