There are many kinds of damages on asphalt pavement,and the crack damage accounts for a large proportion of the total number of diseases.The pavement water flow infiltrates into the pavement interior structure along the crack,which will cause the accelerated destruction of the pavement interior structure,and reduce the service life of the pavement.Heating sealant is a more effective crack repair material.The performance of domestic produce heating sealant is uneven,but most of the high performance heat sealant belongs to foreign patent products,it is expensive and needs special construction machinery.It is of great practical significance to research on economical,environmentfriendly and efficient heating joint material.Waste rubber powder can improve the elasticity and bonding performance of asphalt,waste plastic pyrolysis products can increase the thermal stability of asphalt,at the same time,compared with waste plastics,the toughness of modified asphalt is enhanced,which can reduce the low-temperature cracking of asphalt to a certain extent due to the wide molecular weight range of waste plastics.In this paper,the compatibility of waste rubber powder with different particle sizes and waste plastic pyrolysis products with base asphalt was studied by conventional tentative,segregation softening point test,infrared spectroscopy and fluorescence microscopy.Then the waste rubber powder with poor compatibility was activated with sodium hypochlorite solution,and the modification rules of asphalt with different content of waste rubber powder and waste plastic pyrolysis products were studied.According to the performance requirements of the joint sealant,other additives were determined through the contrast test.Finally the orthogonal test was designed to obtain the optimum mixing ratio of each component of the joint sealant,and the performance of the developed stitch glue was optimized.Based on the research and development of waste rubber powder-waste plastic pyrolysis products modified asphalt joint sealant,this paper selects three kinds of domestic common heated sealants and the developed joint sealant for performance contrast tests,and the softening point,cone penetration,elastic recovery rate of the selfmade adhesive is studied.Finally,the construction temperature and aging resistance of the self-made joint sealant are explored,which can provide reference for the engineering application of the self-made joint sealant.The results showed that the waste rubber powder and waste plastic pyrolysis products,as the main modifier of the modified asphalt,were physically blended with the base asphalt.And the infrared spectroscopy showed that no new functional groups were produced in the modified asphalt.Through fluorescence microscope,it can be seen that the blending effect of waste rubber powder and waste plastic cracking material with matrix asphalt is better when the particle size of waste rubber powder and waste plastic cracking is 40 mesh.The waste rubber powder treated with sodium hypochlorite solution can improve the thermal storage stability of modified asphalt to a certain extent.The comparative test determined that the domestic rubber oil was used as the additive for the development of filling glue.The orthogonal test can determine the optimum blending ratio of each asphalt modifier on the premise of ensuring the properties of the filling adhesive.The performance optimization test shows that dibutylphthalate can improve the low temperature tensile properties of the self-made joint sealant.The developed glue has good high and low temperature properties and anti-foreign body embedding ability,and can meet the performance requirements of both high-temperature and ordinary heating sealants at the same time.The optimum construction temperature of self-made joint sealant is 165?,the thermal storage time should be controlled within 12 hours,and the construction should be completed within 4 hours.
