With the continuous development of social and economic aspects,at present more and more people have gradually realized the importance of the oral health.The dental implants and cosmetic market in our country began to more and more big,dental implants and cosmetic equipment is mainly used in oral CT machine.This paper studied the oral CT machine is composed of high voltage generator with X-ray source component,control device,mechanical device,flat panel detector,workstations and image processing,such as the five components.Its working principle is when your mouth during CT,X-ray pulse X-ray source component,pillar hanger c-shaped arm rotation movement to X rays penetrate the patients in different point of view,flat-panel detector from patients with different Angle X ray signal,and will receive the X-ray image signal into digital image,will receive digital image workstation computer image,after a series of image processing algorithms for storage,display and transmission.This thesis oral CT machine control device are introduced in detail the design and implementation process,oral CT machine control device's main function is to realize the placement and three-dimensional CT in patients with synchronous control.Are presented in this paper by motion control board placement function in patients with three-dimensional CT with ray panel synchronous control function,and gives the detailed design.Are introduced in detail in terms of hardware circuit design of motion control board with multiple ray panel each function circuit module,at the same time selects the ST's architecture(M3 series single chip microcomputer as the core of MCU,also chose Beijing,the company's 10.4-inch serial type LCD touch screen as human-computer interaction interface,realize the human-computer interaction to satisfy clinical needs.First in terms of software design in detail this paper introduces the design of man-machine interface and communication protocol.Then introduces the CAN bus communication protocol.Final placement function in patients with detailed introduces the implementation of the software design process,to realize the pillar and explained is hanging the c-shaped arm slowly up the suspension function of the software program of key part of the code,at the same time also introduced to realize the three-dimensional CT synchronous control functions of the software design process,and also given and explained the realizing the function of three dimensional CT synchronous control software is the key part of the program code.
